Hi,
Which option in WDE will enable following feature[list]
Do not allow agent to logout from email/chat media (from My channel view or Global Menu) when active email/chat interaction window is open.
It was working earlier, i changed following option to false and again changed the option to default value (true) now it is not working. Now agent can logout (from My channel view or Global Menu) even when active interaction opened.
eservices.disconnect-on-logoff=false
