Hi All,
We have a peculiar issue with Nortel CS2K switch and Avaya IP deskphone turret. The advisors use WDE desktop. Wheneve they make an outbound call from WDE the turret Beeps and then it ask the extension to be selected in the turret before dialing the outbound call.
Could you please let me know why it asks the extension to be chosen in turret before making the outbound call ? Any idea?
