Title: RM load balance

Hi All

We have 2 datacenters. Each DC has 2 RM's - active-active mode. Also they are load balanced in F5. The RM traffic is reachable to both the DC. As far my understanding somewhere from genesys should direct traffic to F5 - VIPS. Does it something can be controlled with in Genesys to route the calls to only one DC - RM? If yes where?

What is your goal - use just one RM pair for entire environment (both DCs)? The DC is "just" a datacenter or also the switch within Genesys env? Try to be more specific on this topic
