Title: GAX Installation - failed to start after installation

Hi all,

I have successfully installed GAX (8.1.4),unfortunately i cant able to start after installation in genesys administrator.How to make it as a service?

Also, OPM is not working.While creating parameters in OPM, it shows "Saved Failed". Please guide me.
