Hi
We are going to setup the Outbound Solution.
Until the Outbound Client Interface is fully developed and
implemented in our CRM Solution we are looking for a interim
CTI Client. Does anybody have a Out of the Box Outbound Client
Interface which we could use for a short period of time ?
Requirements Outbound Client Application
Out of the Box Application (easy setup & configuration)
TServer 6.1 for Meridian & Outbound Contact Server 6.5.1 compliant
Preview / Progressive Dialing
Possibility to show all Dialing List Information in both modes (Preview & Progressive)
No need to install separate Database or WEB Server

One of the best ways to do it would be to ask Genesys for outbound starter app. They have a sample app that does what you want.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately I could not find any functions to reschedule calls or to set a treatment like "busy" or "no answer" in the Starter Apps.
