Hi Cavagnaro,
Does the below documents sufficient for Outbound certification?http://www.sggu.com/smf/Smileys/classic/huh.gif
1. Genesys outbound 8.1 Deployment Guide
2. Genesys Outbound Contact reference manual.
I do not find any other documents in document library of Genesys.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, but also the Training would be good as you will have experience with the Solution.

Hi Cavagnaro and all,
Could you please let me know is there any other material apart from outbound deployment guide and reference manual which is provided only for people who attend trainings from Genesys? ??? ??? ??? ???
How those training materials are different from what is available in deployment guides?
Thanks in advance.

You should have an on-line access to the guides based on the training you have visited. This guides covered only training topics.
-
Only people who took the trainings can access those guides.
Nothing different, only on a noob POV. If you already are familiar with the WHOLE OCS solution and components, then you should have no problems, meaning, you understand all what Dep and Ref guides talk about.

Just by reading those two documents won't make you an expert in OCS
with out Genesys training i won't recommend you go for certification.
