i need to remove the call recording control from workspace, so that the call is recorded forcefully without the intervention of the agent.
how can i do that?

Check WDE roles.

could you please specify which option in the role to modify, because i have changed a lot of options and it didn't make any changes to teh recording part even after reinstalling the workspace.

Under WDE roles, there is section called "Workspace Recording Privileges" (very surprise :)) and within this section you can find following roles:
Can Control Call Recording
Can Monitor Call Recording
Can Use MSML-based And Screen Recording
Can Use Screen Recording
I think, this is very clear to understand.
Of course, all these informations are available in documentation - so, try to read and follow it as first.
