Hi Friends,
In manual outbound dialing we are getting ACW only for established calls. we like to enable ACW for dialed calls . If it is not connected with customer also we like to have ACW.
Kindly help us friends to achieve the same.

You would have to do some modification on WDE or any other front-end you might be using to force that ACW. At Genesys you can only validate valid calls, not attempts.
