What is caller id support in Genesys outbound contact??? ???

Caller ID is the Identification of your caller ANI. OCS supports it :D

If you're talking about the displayed caller id from your campaign, look for CPNDigit options. It can be set at multiple level (application, calling list, etc.)

I know this is an older thread - this can also be configured on a record by record basis in the calling list by utilizing advanced treatments. I believe there is some sample OCS SCXML code that is installed with OCS that demonstrates this.
