Title: Agent Desktop

We have migrated our Framework and Internet Suite from 5.1 to 6.5.1. We were using our custom Agent Desktop Application to handle email and phone contacts. This application was developed for our 5.1 environment. Now the custom Agent Desktop application is not working in 6.5 environment. Because the agent desktop application's connections in CME has changed in 6.5 environment. In 5.1 environment we had connection to Contact Server and Tserver. Now in 6.5 environment we have to have connection to Contact server and MSTserver.

I am wondering anyone had gone thru this problem? if so is there any work around to make 5.1 Agent desktop to work on 6.5 environment?? Thanks in advance.
