Title: there is no connections between Interaction Server and switches

Hi Expert,  ;D

I'm editing a scenario about email example in tab Business Process of IRD, while I active strategies (ABC Simple BP) there is an error have been occurred.

" There is no Interaction Server in your configuration. Or there is no connections between Interaction Server and switches.

Please run Configuration Server Manager and create Interaction Server and/or connection to media switch. then click Net button. "

I hope that everyone will help me explain detail about error as well as guide me step-by-step to configure it.  I have installed eService by manual on OS Windows, not installation it by Wizards.  ;)

You have a switch for multimedia?
Follow documentation, there are all steps you need to do aside of the service installation

Check that tenant you work with
- is in tenant list of some URS
- is in tenant list of some Ixn server
- has Multimedia switch configured

I have been fixed it by modify configure as suggest of guys
