Does anyone know how much work to be done to make 5.1 desktop to 6.5. The softphone handles email and phone contacts only. Switch is Lucent g3.

There are several changes that you have to consider making if you want your agent phone to be compatible with 6.5 release. It is all summarized in G6.5 deveper guide. Have you looked there?
