Hi All,
Which dialing modes in Genesys outbound do not need license?

Manual mode...lol
Check licensing guide.
Full is for Predictive mode and progressive
Basic is just preview

push preview and GVP dialing modes do not need outbound licenses.
OCS does not monitor agents in these modes so does not need OCC licenses, however if the campaign group used for the campaign is a group that has agents in it then OCS will check out licenses for those agents. To avoid using any OCC licenses when running a push preview campaign, for instance, configure an agent group that has no agents in it and use that for the campaign group.
Push Preview mode will still need ics_xxx licenses on interaction server, and I presume GVP modes will still need whatever licenses GVP needs.

I think OCS will monitor GVP ports as agents too...haven't check last OCS with GVP 8.x but otherwise how would OCS know when GVP has free ports?

Push Preview without agents [i]in OCS campaign group[/i]. OCS does not monitor agents, you don't need them in the OCS campaign group for push preview, and if you have them then you will use OCC_full licenses unnecessarily. Agents in push preview mode are monitored by interaction server and interactions routed to them by URS.
I you notice PA Session Info always reports 0 agents for push preview campaigns.
I am not sure how it works with GVP campaigns, we don't use them, but in the license control section of the Outbound Deployment Guide it also says that outbound licenses are not needed for GVP campaigns.
