Title: CCPulse Templates Statistics displayed by Hour
Post by: PFCCWA on July 13, 2017, 08:18:12 AM
Hello,

I am using ccpulse v8 for real time reporting, and wondering if it possible to create template that displays entered statistics by hour.
It does not matter whether the hourly breakdown is on the row or column side, just as long as we know that from a selected queue or group of queues, how many calls entered per hour (ie 8-9AM 2000, 9-10AM 3000, 10-11AM 4000 and so on).  I can see a time range and profile fields for each statistic but can only figure out how to create range ie number of calls entered in 3600 seconds however there may be a smart way to create one which will only display these for any given hour of a day.  I don't want the statistic to be reset either, so if i look at the view at 4 PM, i want to see what the values were for the previous hours of the day so far.

if this is not possible using ccpulse, then is there another Genesys solution available? i think SDK might be the answer if there isn't.

thanks,

Nope as those would become historical actually. So you may wanna open an historical view of the last N hours?
What you ask is not a task for CCPulse in the level you want. As you say, using a SDK would do the job but is up to you to build it according to your needs.

thank you,  makes sense.
would it be possible to create thresholds and actions based on historical data? this is my reason for needing the data on the templates.

Nope, CCPulse historical access is quite limited. Usefull for a quick view.
What you mention sounds more like spotlights on a BI tool
