Title: [SOLVED] Genesys Survey Solution

Hi,

Do anybody configure GSS with languages like Tamil,Chinese, Indonesian etc

I've configured language ISO code in localnames.properties and localizedmessage.properties but when I hit Web Survey, then pages shows blank with Error message on chrome tab.

Tomcat logs showing following error but not sure if it is relevant to my case or not.

INFO: At least one JAR was scanned for TLDs yet contained no TLDs. Enable debug logging for this logger for a complete list of JARs that were scanned but no TLDs were found in them. Skipping unneeded JARs during scanning can improve startup time and JSP compilation time.
java.lang.NullPointerException

Any guidance ?

Under Survey>web>item folder, the language tag folder was not there including .html files for web UI for published Survey.
