Title: CCPulse all waitung queues view

Ahoi,

I have a question for CCPulse+ Version 8.1.000.19.

how can i make a view for all the queues i have in Genesys? i can only see them in GAX with a 10 seconds delay, which is kind of annoying

Yes...kinda what is the limit you may see for not being able to do it?

sry I´m kind of new with ccpulse, that´s why i have to ask.... but i made it, now i have the queues  8)
