Hi guys
Need an advice here. Wondering if you have seen or develop a sort of Bot on Facebook or Chat.
For example, kinda a Visual IVR.
Bot on FB: Hi! Type Hours for business hours, Account to see your balance
You: Hours
Bot: Ok! Our business hours are 8 to 17 hours from Monday to Friday

is this something you are trying to integrate with Genesys? or just a Bot in FB/Skype. There are lots of freewares like BotLibre which offer Out of box Bots which you can train with Basic FAQ`s.

No, my idea is to develop it under Genesys components entirely.
