Title: IWS logs

I had been assigned few tasks for IWS auto logout issue. Whereas many agents filed that IWS automatically disconnects, going on ready.

Kindly suggest what are all the events I should see on IWS logs. And what are all other chances other than Genesys side that could make IWS go down.

Nobody can help you without any further information and logs. There can be lot of various root-causes which causes it.
