Title: Display WFM Adherence in Pulse?

Dear Genesys Gurus,

Is it possible to display WFM stats especially adherence in Gax/Pulse? Any tips or guidelines will help!

Hi there,

As far as I'm aware no, because those stats are determined via Data Aggregator and not from the stat server and as such do not exist in Pulse.

Unless someone else wants to prove me wrong.

No that's why it is different and has its own interface. It uses the stats supplied to it by Sip server and cross references that to the schedules loaded into it.
