Hello,
I am working with the ICON and Info Mart DB size estimator and wanted to verify the following.
Within ICON, there are two sections (1 for interaction, 1 for outbound activity). Within interaction activity section do we include number of 'Outbound calls per day' within the 'Interactions per day' field?
In Info Mart estimator, the same question, there is a field called 'Number of Voice Interactions per day', and another field 'Number of Outbound calls per day'.
The spreadsheet notes do not specifically differentiate between the two and it makes a difference to the DB sizing if we only include the outbound calls under the '...outbound call..' field only.

You should use Outbound + Inbound for the "Interactions per day";
In "Outbound calls per day", you should estimate the Outbound calls made by OCS Campaigns only. (there is a tooltip pointing this on the spreadsheet for this one).
This for both GIM DB and IDB.
This is because Outbound initiated by the OCS Dialer are recorded as a regular interaction and is also recorded on the Outbound Contact Attempts subject area.
