Title: possibility of changing the audio codec setting(G723 to G711) in T-Server

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to understand the possibility of changing the preferred codec setting in T-Server. Currently we have the default value of “1,3”(G.711 Mu-Law & G723).
1- G.711 Mu-law
2- G.711 a-law
3- G723.

Want to know if we change it to option 2,1 or just 2, will it have any kind of impact on my environment ? Does it require changes on stream manager etc at the same time ?

If you change the codec, all subsequent system (SIP based) must be also support this preffered codec as well to correct negotiation.
