Hello - I would like to disable the History section showing up in IW in the case data region. using interaction.case-data.content option, i am able to disable the KVPs showing under history section. But not able to disable the History section as such. Would like to show the case data alone by disabling the History section completely.

You can manipulate through privileges, but only in Workspace Desktop Edition
