Title: Understanding GMS SOlution for Voice - Inbound/Callback

Hi

I am trying out Genesys Mobile Engagement 8.5 for my understanding in my VM. Somehow I was successfully able to install GMS with embedded cassandra option in redhat 7 while its associated ORS application is hosted on windows.

Since I am beginner in this solution, so wanted to know if there is any document to try some sample inbound and callback voice call.

All is available on https://docs.genesys.com. There you can find code examples of various client for GMS solution, as well as the description of Callback/Chat testing.
