URS and interaction server are connected ( URS Connection -> iXN server)
URS has addp connection to IXN with local time out 90 and remote time out 180.

Below is the alarm email generated

Connection to TServer 'ixnserver_lam_p' at host 'ixnhost', port 7030 lost

Connection Failure detected by lam_urs_p

More detail:
    Alarm:        Connection Failure
    Severity:    Major
    DBID:        101

Reporting Application:
    Name:      lam_urs_p
    Type:      RouterServer
    DBID:      115

log snipped from URS

14:22:01.385 Std 04504 Connection to TServer 'ixnserver_lam_p' at host 'ixnserverhost', port 7030 lost
14:22:01.463 Std 04503 Connected to TServer 'ixnserver_lam_p' at host 'ixnserverhost', port 7030

if we have ADDP set to 90 and 180 why did we get an alarm only if there is a disconnect for 78 milli seconds

???
addp not expected to mask disconnects.
if disconnect happen it will be reported immediately (at 14:22:01.385), no matter how soon in future connection will be restored - in 1 milisec or in 1 hour (and doesn't matter what are addp settings)
