Title: Virtual groups in CCPulse
Post by: mboertien on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
At the moment i have created virtual groups (mainly for routing) within the CME. You're also able to see these within CCPulse. I was wondering if it's possible in any way to show the people that are logged in at that moment.
When you do the Monitor Extended Current Status it does show how many agents are logged in as well as the loginid's, but i like to see their names and statuses in the top window. Anyone knows if this is possible?

We are able to do this with CCP 5.2. You will have to assign a person for this agent, and place that person in a real agent group. Then create a virtual group from a real group.

I am using version 5.2. I would like to see all the names of the people in the virtual group without creating a real group for them.
In this way i will have an overview of only the people logged in and don't have to search through a big list to see who's in there.
