Title: Displaying all email history possible in IWS

I have a question

we are using IWS 8.1.4. using IWS can we display history of all interactions which are processed by all agents.

i see my history tab: which only displays interaction handled by me.

using contact tab we can search for a contact and get the history for that customer only. i am trying to find out whether its possible to display all interaction which happened so far in one one of the tabs so supervisor can search among that.

Sounds like Interaction Search in Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) 8.5
