I have a question
we are using IWS 8.1.4. using IWS can we display history of all interactions which are processed by all agents.
i see my history tab: which only displays interaction handled by me.
using contact tab we can search for a contact and get the history for that customer only. i am trying to find out whether its possible to display all interaction which happened so far in one one of the tabs so supervisor can search among that.
