Hi - Is there a way to configure work modes(Not ready reason codes) on agent level or Agent group level with Genesys Gplus SAP ICI environment. All i can see from documentation is to define the custom work modes in the gp_resources file which applies globally to all agents. Would like to know if there is anyway to configure specific work modes on agent level or agent group level.
