hi experts,
I have GMS call back solution and I am using Genesys provided Plugin ( SCXML code) for treatments.
I have enabled the plugin using _plugin option in GMS services.
In the same service when i set _cpd = true I get the _call_state = '5' , Document doesnt state what does it mean. it only have descriptions for below code.
Ok=0 (human answer)
• NoAnswer=7
• SilDetected=8
• AnsweringMachineDetected=9
• FaxDetected=17
IF i set _cpd = false then every time HUMAN voice is detected if if the call is landed to Voice mail.
Does anyone know what does _call_State = 5 means?
Not sure if CPD is working properly here and how to verify it ?
