This is the error we receive when trying to login to Interactive Insights.
Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS '10.0.50.45'. The CMS on machine 'MO-GENRPT01P' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)
We cannot find a service called CMS on this machine.
Any help is appreciated.

CMS is part of Business Object solution, so look for services called BI or something like that.

Kindly try restarting the SIA (Server Intelligence Agent that manages the BOE services) service and check.
CMS stands for (Central Management Server).The CMS maintains a database of information about your BusinessObjects Enterprise system. This is known as the CMS database. All the platform services are managed and controlled by the CMS.
