Hi,
We currently have an Alcatel OXE PBX and we envisage to host 9 000 agents on one single Alcatel IPBX as Alcatel capacities have evolved (instead of adding an other Alcatel OXE). As we are in Pro ACD mode (2 objects to monitor for an agent), this would lead to a huge number of objects on a single T-Server.
Would one single T-Server be able to handle such a large amount of objects ?
Won't there be any problems (at login, monitoring the objects ... )?
What would you suggest to set-up ?
Thanks for your ideas ! :)

2 objects? Why? You just monitor the ProAcd set. Once the agent logs in, OXE decommission the set and put in order the agent on the same set.
So for just a moment you monitor 2 objects, but like for a millisecond.
Check TServer guide about the strict monitoring option.
About TServer capacity, maybe TServer would need a decent memory and good Cpu only.
Ask Genesys about such dimension
