Title: Agent Scripting - How to get Customer and Agent information to Fields?

Dear all,

Anyone please help me to solve issue.
I created one simple page in agent scripting to get Agent and Customer infor but it is NOT working.

Thank you for calling ACB Bank. My name is  G_Agent_FirstName.
Am I speaking with  Display_Customer_Name ?

I have configured Load Action in Edit Page:
SET FIELD(Display_Customer_Name) = FIELD(TENKH)


I have configured Database and could select or update from it.

But Customer and Agent Name have been displayed on Interaction Workspace while I make call.
