Title: Full screen view in CCPulse+

Hi,

We created 3 different template to show agent real time status in CCPulse+, the final output will shown in Big screen TV. But the template is in smaller size, it occupies 3/4th of whole view. When we see in PC, it is in readable format. If it is integrate with the TV, it not in readable format. Is there anyway to create template which occupies complete area in CCPulse application.

Press F11 and work on TV monitor 16:9 not on your screen which might be 4:3

F11 doesn't seem to work for me. How is that possible?
