Hi,
Is there any way to get all the CCPulse real time data like Agent Status, No of Calls in queue, No of call answered/rejected etc., and statistics without using CCPulse and other SDK. Is there any table which stores all the data in SQL Server? If so, kindly share the table and its column details.

Ermmmm no. Ccpulse is a client which reads directly from StatServer that stores all info in memory by client requested metrics...
Read about StatServer and how it works so you can clarify your ideas
