Title: Email Work Bin Question in Relation to merging Config Server Instance

Hello,

My company has started a project which we are going to merge the Config server on one DB instance to another so we can consolidate environments.  We currently have two different sides of the business.  Each side runs on the same infrastructure but on different DB instances.  We have hired Black Chair to help us find config differences between the two instances and resolve.  We are having difficulty figuring out how to get Genesys emails from one instance to the other.  We don't know of a way to backup the database where emails exists and restore as everything appears to be in binary.  We don't want to loose customer emails which are within Agent Work Bins or in Queues when we cut over to the new instance.  Has anybody had any experience with this?  Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
