Title: ccilib log
Post by: soporte_sd on October 25, 2017, 03:32:44 PM
Hello,

In my Genesys platform I have an unique ccilib log of 2Gb and I have two questions:

- How can I do to configure to split this log file to several smaller ccilib log files?
- I need to release disk space. Would it be any issue if I delete this log file? Is the system going to create a new one?

Best regards,

???  No clue what is that...where did you find this file?
Can you show some lines of its content?

It is on the same folder as MCP logs if I remember correctly. I never knew what they are used for, too :(

Cclib then, right?
I think is the Genesys layer they added to MCP, and works while starting the services.
However mines are like 5Kb as much each.

It is in the same folder than ctic logs.

In the primary server there are several files with 4 Kb. But in the secondary server I have only one file with 2 Gb.
The log option configuration is the same in both applications.
So, I need to reduce the size of such log file and I do not know how. Any idea?
Do you think it would be save to delete that log file directly?

Thanks!!

So according to docs, there is a new option on MCP for this.
[log.all]
Check release notes about this.
However, you should kinda look the contents of those files to understand why they are so big
