Title: Genesys Integration with Nuance

hi experts,

I need to Integrate GVP with NUANCE for ASR/TTS. I have GVP installed and working correctly.
can anyone please let me know if there is any document available which depicts what all component are needed from Nuance to integrate it with Genesys.
like license etc ?  what should be the start point to integrate it with Genesys.

As I know there is no official document which describes that solution. I have properly installed and deployed following environment:

11.7 License Manager
5.7.2 Vocalizer
5.0 Voice Language Pack
6.2.2 Nuance Speech Server
GVP 8.1.6 (Media Server)

From Genesys point of view, you just need standard Genesys Media Server with additional RAP (Resource Access Point) pointing to the Nuance. The templates you can find on MCP install package.
