Hi,
Can any one help how to increase the size of the interaction tool bar buttons.

(hold, end call button, etc.,)

Can't, not by default, you will have to develop you own views with custom buttons

Am having another query.

Is there any way to move the buttons (end call button, hold call button) ? or It's not by default ?

Actually am new to Genesys. I would like to confirm with you.

Yes, answer is not by default.
Any GUI modification would need customization on your side. I can't remember any serious app that allows to do such configurations...would be a nightmare for developers
