Bonjour j'ai des soucis de déconnexion du bandeau sur les différents système d'exploitation.

Hello I have trouble disconnecting the banner on different operating systems.
The application quits without an error message.

Interaction workspace genesys version 8.1 It disconnects frequently on the computer

I clean the operating system and java caches but the problem persists.

IWS doesn't use java at all.
