Hi everyone, searched for this specific info, but I can't find anything specific to my question; at the moment the:
use-data-from in both my TServers is set to 'active'.
I would like to try to set it to 'consult-user-data', but not sure if this could help me reach my goal; I mean, I'm trying to extend call informations TServer stores in logs.
In particular, I would like to have a recognizable value in this cases:
ConnectedNum[1]: (unknown),'#####'
Hope I was able to explain my goal.
Any clue?
Regards.

???
Tserver is no H323 or SIP or TDM related, who controls that info is your PBX.
Which PBX are you talking about? Avaya? NEC?
Maybe your PBX is hidding such information?

Sorry :)
Avaya S8700 with CM rel R013x.01.5.642.3
I'm not sure if the pbx is hiding it, but it happens when a station with a linked extension dn calls a number, internal or external (ISDN).

As said, that info comes from your PBX. You mention a very particular scenario, so in other cases Genesys do receive the info and shows it, right?
Maybe that info is not available in that scenario.

I'll look deeper at pbx cfg, but I'm really unsure from where this "lack" generates, 'cause there's no evident specific case treatment about that info, so I was indagating TServer options.
Thanks for the moment, if any other idea comes to your mind, please let me know.
In any case, changing the use-data-from option to 'consult-user-data', I should expect added information (active + original), or different informations at all (original instead of active, etc.)?
