Title: Campaign id updated as NULL in donotcall table

Hi All,

i have configured donotcall functionality by using donotcall list "gsw_donotcall_list". But whenever agent opts for donotcall in WDE only the following column gets updated in the donotcall table  "phone","dnc_message", "tenant_dbid","is_internal","time_stamp" and the column "campaign_dbid" is always updated as NULL. Is there any specific configuration to be done so that the "campaign_dbid" is also updated in the donotcall table?

What is the value of Gsw_campaign field?

If you don't send the GSW_CAMPAIGN_NAME then how could OCS "guess" the Campaign ID? Check that link for how the request could be done
