Title: Can the DBID in ird_strategies table be a negative integer (e.g -1494251428)?

I am currently investigating an issue concerning opening strategies.
I am getting .RBN not found for strategies stored in DB, i verify the DAP and DBserver but found a negetive interger in the DBID column for one strategy. Is it normal?

Negative ‘dbid’ seems to be a temporary entry when strategy is being saved.
You should see that if someone is trying to modify and save the strategy the time you queried the database or some records were left undeleted due to other problems while trying to save the strategy.
