Title: Customer Contact refer to Disclaimer and then return to Agent

Anyone point me in the direction of how to achieve this.

Customer Routed to Agent, Agent after discussing with customer needs to refer customer to a recorded disclaimer that they need to agree to at its conclusion then the call is returned to the Agent.

Reason for this is that the current script for the disclaimer is 2minutes long for someone who  can read well back tot he customer. A recorded script referred to will have consistency in delivery.

any help would be good.

Just use a play announcement strategy, load it on a route point, conference the customer with that line when needed. Doesn't need to be complicated.
