Title: Media Error 700

Hi,

One user is facing issue with logging into WDE and getting media error 700. As a part of initial investigation, I checked DN configuration at both switch and Genesys side. As everything was configured correctly so DN reset, re-creation on both PBX/switch end and Genesys end has been done with no luck. Even customer rebooted the phone as well. Any suggestions where to dig further???

Check the CSTA communiaction to find the root-cause. My opinion is some issue on PBX level

Check TServer logs as Kubig says, will give you a better idea when and why this is happening

As per logs, DN is out of service but while direct calling on hard-phone it is ringing.

So do you have oos activated? You hear it ringing at site (is this dn on your sight?) or just call it and hear a ring?
Logs again will give a better perspective.
Check when it was marked as Out of service...
