Title: MOnitoring a chat interaction in WDE

Hi ,

Is there a way to monitor the chat interaction which is already in progress using WDE ?

I know the option of team lead to have monitoring the next interaction.  But lets say the advisor is already on a chat .. is there a way to monitor it ?
