We are using a Meridian 81c and we are looking to get rid of Softphone altogether. The only problem holding us back at the moment is the fact they need to report on several different not ready states. Presently, we have a drop down menu in softphone that allows them to do this. Is it possible for Genesys to pick up the different activity codes entered by the agents whenever they go on not ready directly from the switch?

How are you doing this in the softphone, as we are wanting to implement this

Our vendor has modified our softphone so that the NR states are picked up through reporting. The agent doesn't log out for the whole shift.

We have the same switch and are looking for disposition codes. I'm told by the PBX techs that they are available on the switch but were only reportable through Meridian Max. Is there a way to get these into Genesys directly from the switch as well?
