Title: Calling List Filter Problem

Hello Everyone,

We are using calling list filter for call different user groups in list. Sometimes in a calling list we may have 5 filters.

We select a filter and start call process but sometimes genesys passes the active filter and makes a call from another filter like we don't use any filter.

[li]Data is checked[/li]
[li]Also we send filter parameter to workspace screen to make sure that call comes from another filter. [/li]
[/list]

If anyone help me, I will be very glad.

That can't happen...do you have OCS logs? There will be shown the sql queries used and filter values.
Also dbserver ones.
You can't have more than 1 filter applied at each time. Or maybe your where clauses are the wrong?
Check and post logs to validate

Hello,

Here sql log taken from OCS Logs

"select T.* from #ReadyRecord R, KGS_Istanbul T where R.chain_id=T.chain_id and T.record_status = 2  and (filter_first = 'firma1' AND  contact_info_type = 1)  order by T.chain_id,T.chain_n [ReqID=9890895]"

belowed one is our filter.

Full OCS logs, can't see if filter was applied or what

Hi again,

I sent log files with private message. Problem occurs in DF2 Calling list generally but filter not matters, any filter can cause the problem. If you need anything, I can send it you.

post them here, remove any sensitive info. I can't dedicate and maybe someone else can look at it too.
