Hello,
Is there any way to show a name instead of number when a Cisco extension is dialed the RP number?
There is a SIP Trunk between Cisco and Genesys and a number on Cisco is routed to Genesys RP via this SIP Trunk.
We want to show a name on Cisco phone instead of RP number when the routed number is dialed.
Thank you,

Use p-asserted-identity

Hi Kubig,
Thank you for your response. I tried to change the p-asserted-identity option for RP however it has effect on caller details. We need to add a display name for RP dialed from Cisco phones.
I guess we need to change To Header from To: <sip:RP@10.31.X.X> to To: "Call Center" <sip:RP@10.31.X.X>
Is there anything did i miss with this option?
Thank you,

In this case, it must be configured on Cisco level as it has nothing to do with Genesys.
