Hi.
In Digital Messaging Server 9.0, From Workspace Desktop 8.5.121.03 , Agent is not able to comment for facebook post. When Agent clicks the comment button, the text box for typing the comment is not appearing.

That is a bug. Related to VC redistributable version. Please be sure you have installed the correct ones and the Net framework.
Also use latest WDE and plug-in version.
