Title: chats getting hanged at taskbar

HI,

In our environment, we are facing issue with chat interactions which are routed to the agent and gets stuck at the taskbar. chat pop is getting displayed to the agent after 40sec until that time chats will be stuck at the taskbar.

can anyone help me in getting this sorted out

Hi,

Chats will be received by agents, Chat pop up will not be displayed. we can see the chat icon in the taskbar.

it takes time to display.

There is no error displayed also in the chat window.

Yes , i also recently faced this issue, and fixed. it can be several reason .
