Hi,
when I try to login with WDE into an Avaya extension I get the following error message: Agent not in compatible state
I have tried with different agent ids and I get always the same error. I have restarted the Avaya station but the issue remains the same.
Have you ever faced the same issue? Any recommendation?

Logs, configurations done... You need to provide a better description and evidence, we just can't guess what have you done at your environment
